Terms & Conditions

• Points will not be awarded for taxes, discounts and offers.
• Points cannot be earned for gift card purchases.
• Points may be earned at all Daphne’s Greek Cafe locations.
• Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Daphne’s employees and their immediate family members may not participate in the program.
• No purchase necessary to become a Pita Points member.
• By enrolling in the program, members are granting Daphne’s permission to contact them with periodic emails.
• Members may not combine points.
• Daphne’s reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time. The accumulation of points does not entitle program members to any vested rights with the respect to awards or program benefits.
• Daphne’s reserves the right to refuse award program benefits to anyone who has wrongfully earned points through deception, forgery or other abuses of the program.
• Pita Points do not have an expiration date.
• Your account information is linked through your telephone number. At the time of purchase you need to present the phone number linked to your membership.
• Points must be added at time of purchase. Points cannot be earned for past transactions.
• Each phone number may only have one user. There may not be multiple users under one Pita Points Program number.
• Valid ID may be requested at time of purchase.
• A maximum of 2,000 points may be earned in a 90-day period.
• Once you have reached 200 points, an email notification will be sent to the email address linked to your account. A print out is not necessary to redeem reward.
• The $10 Off reward is stored on your account profile. To redeem you must notify a Daphne’s Team Member that you are eligible for a reward.
• Points may be added a maximum of 3 times a day. You will not be rewarded for more than three purchases in one 24-hour period.

• Use of your membership constitutes acceptance of these terms.
