We met up with green-thinking, global surfing philanthropist, Dave Rastovich and his crew from the TransparentSea Voyage in Orange County and again in San Diego to celebrate their journey down the California coastline as they follow the migration of the California Gray Whale. 

TransparentSea is an awareness campaign that highlights coastal environmental issues, with an emphasis on whales and dolphins and the waters they inhibit. Throughout this voyage from Santa Barbara to Baja Mexico, TransparentSea followed the incredible mammal, while stopping in key coastal communities for beach cleanups, concerts, movie screenings and art auctions to share their experience and support Surfer’s for Cetaceans (S4C) and other ocean minded charities.
