Initial Agreement Fees:
$40,000 for first location, $20,000 for each additional location.

Royalty Fees:
Five percent (5%) of net sales, paid weekly.

Marketing Fees:
Three percent (3%) of net sales, paid weekly.

Agreement Term:
Franchises are set for an initial 10 year term, with the option of up to two (2) terms of five (5) years each.

Site Selection & Building Plans:
Franchisee is responsible for site selection (subject to review). All prototypical building plans are provided for a fee by our designated architect for new construction.

Initial Management Training:
Daphne’s provides that no additional cost. All costs related to the franchisees employees’ time and expense is that of franchisee.

Opening Assistance:
Supplemental management will be provided for a fee at pre-opening and opening period (as defined in the agreement). Additional trainers must be provided by franchisee at their expense.

Ongoing Assistance:
Franchise Operations Consultants visit all restaurants regularly. Corporate Training, Purchasing and Marketing departments continually develop programs for use and participation by franchisees.
